Training is a critical component in the development of outstanding Data Collectors. A comprehensive initial orientation, followed by continuous training, delivers best-in-class data to our clients.
We spend a great deal of time and effort on our training program. It's one of the most demanding, detailed and comprehensive in the industry, One of the most comprehensive in the industry, only1/3 of applicants graduate to go on to work on projects. And those who graduate come away with the skills and confidence to communicate professionally with respondents. |
1. 20% of each project cost is invested in supervision and Quality Assurance.
2. An orientation program so rigorous, only 1/3 of applicants graduate.

| Survey Pacific has a Quality Assurance team of about 5 QA Supervisors. They monitor Hundreds of calls per month. Each of those calls is monitored live to assure the absolute highest level of data accuracy. Additionally, at least 15% of all interviews are confirmed by a separate Validation Department. |
